Founded by Roderick and Laura, WrightChoice Healthcare Services is deeply rooted in the personal caregiving experiences that shaped its founders' lives. Roderick, raised in a single-parent home, cared for his mother as she battled severe health issues. This instilled in him a profound understanding of the critical role respite care plays in maintaining family caregiver sustainability and well-being. Similarly, Laura provided care for her father, a Vietnam veteran, and later navigated nursing home solutions for her grandmother. These experiences highlighted the advantages of personal care services over traditional nursing homes, reinforcing her belief in home care's potential to preserve independence and dignity.
